DOROT alleviates social isolation and provides services to older adults in the Jewish and wider community so they may age with dignity, independence, and grace. DOROT focuses on intergenerational connections by bringing the generations together for mutual benefit while responding to the evolving needs of the elderly. Programs include Friendly Visiting, Holiday Package Deliveries, Cemetery Visits and Kosher Meals for the Homebound. DOROT mainly serves clients in New York City and also has a presence in Westchester County.
