Open Door Family Medical Centers operates six clinics throughout New York’s Hudson Valley, providing high-quality, patient-centered, affordable health care to approximately 1,000 individuals daily. From prevention and wellness programs to the treatment of diseases, Open Door’s primary mission is to keep local communities healthy and strong, regardless of ability to pay. SFF provided seed money for a program to integrate behavioral health screening and referrals into pediatric well visits.
