The Children’s Health Fund (CHF) delivers high quality health care to America’s most disadvantaged children. One of the largest health care organizations for homeless and at-risk children in the U.S., CHF provides comprehensive medical services via more than 50 mobile medical units across 13 states. CHF’s headquarters and flagship program are in New York City. SFF funds supported mental health services at CHF’s South Bronx medical clinic and other New York City locations.
